Load-bearing Walls
It is possible to remove a load-bearing wall but it requires the correct support during the conversion work. A structural engineer can calculate the correct load and support to carry the work out whilst ensuring structural integrity of the building.
Non-load-bearing Walls
Removing a non-load-bearing wall is less complicated but we would still recommend a professional builder to get the job done to the right standards.
