LC Design & Build prides itself on its excellent customer service and customer communication. It is with this in mind that we have developed Build Report. Everything we do is reported to you, the paying customer. This system is unique – it will send you an email update every time we update your file – each day and each process will be logged on your file so that you can see everything we do, whether you are away on holiday or at work, and genuinely enable you to see us when we are at your home.

Any other informing issues can be discussed. Any regular issues and solutions will be shown to you as they happen.

Build Report is the pinnacle of customer participation. It is simple to use, simple to access and our customers are kept informed every step of their project.
